Every session at The New Body Project is designed to challenge, restore, and elevate you. Whether you’re here to build strength, improve endurance, reset your mind, build a routine or join a tribe- we have the perfect class for your journey.

At The New Body Project we offer several modalities under one membership with our signature bootcamp classes being the foundation of our services.

Bootcamp Classes – Strength, Power & Endurance

  • The Grounding: Grounding sessions focus on improving form and function, through essential movements, helping you perform daily tasks and workouts more efficiently.

  • Gauntlet : Push your limits with this strength and conditioning session designed to tone muscles, build power, and enhance recovery.

  • 80/20 : A perfectly balanced blend of strength and cardio. Spend half the session lifting weights and the other half boosting endurance, with a touch of flexibility and mobility work.

  • Killer Kardio : High-intensity, equipment-free, and designed to build stamina and torch calories using only your body. A full-body challenge like no other.

  • Trainer’s Choice : The ultimate wildcard. Expect the unexpected as your trainer leads a session designed to challenge, surprise, and energize—from circuits to community-driven workouts all centered around their passions.

Specialty Classes – Balance, Flexibility & Recovery

  • Strength Yoga: A yoga practice that uses body weight and alignment in poses to build strength and endurance, while also improving overall focus, muscle strength and stability.

  • Breath Work Flex Yoga: A restorative breathing session that enhances flexibility, mobility, and range of motion, allowing for deeper recovery and movement efficiency.

  • Mat Pilates: Core-focused and controlled movements designed to strengthen your posture, alignment, and total-body stability.

  • Guided Meditation: Virtual offering of a gentle and accessible introduction to mindfulness, focusing on breathwork, guided visualizations, and mindful movement, to help participants find calm and focus in their daily lives.

  • COMING SOON- Sound Bathing: A transformative blend of mindfulness and movement, using vibrational therapy and breathwork to promote deep relaxation and balance.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Getting started is super easy! We begin with a 15-minute consultation + a 45-minute trial class for $75.
    This intro session is mandatory—it’s our way of making sure we’re the right fit for each other and giving you a full breakdown of how our community works.
    If it feels right, your next step is to join our 30-Day Unlimited Jumpstart program.

  • Simple. We’ll guide you through using our custom app. Once you're set up, reserving a spot is literally just a click from your phone.

  • Yes! The New Body Project is Brooklyn’s 1st & Only Women's Bootcamp Boutique Studio.
    Every class is women-only. This is your space to move, grow, and thrive—free of judgment or distractions.

  • We don’t have a shower or sauna (yet), but we’ve got all the post-class essentials:

    • Lavender-infused towels

    • Feminine hygiene products (pads, tampons)

    • Body wipes + spray deodorant

    You’ll leave refreshed and ready to tackle the day.

  • Pre-pandemic, and pre olympic grade flooring YES.
    Now, for hygiene reasons, we encourage indoor sneakers or grip socks ONLY. Think of the studio like your home—no outside germs allowed! When it’s safe to return to barefoot workouts, you’ll be surprised how good it feels: better balance, improved muscle alignment, and fewer injuries.

  • Definitely not. Our members range from 16 to 65 years old and welcome all fitness levels. We keep classes small (max 8 members) so you get personalized attention in every session. If you want quick, unrealistic results, we’re probably not the place for you. But if you’re into body positivity, sustainable change, and long-term wellness—this is your new home.

  • “Drastic”? Noooo.
    But real, noticeable changes? Absolutely.

    Our 30-Day Jumpstart focuses on building habits, strength, and mindset. No magic pills—just consistent work and what we call F.T.D.I. (Follow The Damn Instructions). Stick with it, and your body (and mind) will thank you.

  • S.I.S. (Sister In Sweat)—nope not for Bootcamp.
    That’s what we’re here for.
