Integrity Commitments

As a woman-owned, women-led business; we know life can be unpredictable. That’s why we lead with empathy, compassion, and common sense. We pay attention to patterns and consistency when making decisions that support our community & members as whole, all while still upholding the integrity of our polices and procedures.  

THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO ALL PURCHASE LEVELS:

• COMMIT so that you achieve and sustain your fitness goals; the body only achieves what the mind believes.

• ONLY SEMI-PRIVATE & GROUP CLASSES ARE OFFERED. If ONE member is reserved- CLASS WILL BE CANCELLED we do not offer private training.

(Finding an accountability partner is encouraged through our PRIVATE WHATSAPP GROUP.)

• ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY. Classes begin on time, late arrivals are absolutely not accepted. Our belief is “To be early is to be on time, to be on time is to be late. To be late is unacceptable. THERE IS NO GRACE PERIOD.

• CELL PHONES are not allowed on the training floor, except in an emergency.

• 8 hours to RESERVE or CANCEL a class in the booking app. Failure to do so may result in classes being full, denial of access, arriving to an empty facility or a NO-SHOW fee.

Reserving & canceling your spot is crucial as it confirms a Trainer will be present.

• NO SHOWS / LATE CANCELLATIONS will result in a $25 (late-cancel/no-show) fee for that day. Be sure to cancel your reservation 8 hours prior to the class start time, as the booking platform will automatically apply the charge within 24hrs of not being marked present for class. IF YOU ARE LATE YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED IN CLASS AND WILL BE DEEMED A NO-SHOW.

• 30 Day Jumpstarts DO NOT AUTO-RENEW; but will follow the same guidelines stated above. (If you receive 3 or more No-Show Fees during your trial and IF JOINING FULL-TIME IS YOUR DESIRE you’ll be asked to repeat your Jumpstart BEFORE COMMITTING.

• MEMBERSHIP HOLDS are only available for 6-month commitment ONLY. Holds can be placed for a maximum of 2 months, with a hold fee at $50 PER MONTH.

• Memberships will be extended by the time paused.

• ALL 3 & 6 MONTH MEMBERSHIPS AUTO-RENEW UNLESS A 10 DAY NOTICE PRIOR TO LAST BILLING CYCLE IS RECEIVED.

• MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS are possible at any time with an early termination fee of one months dues.

Joining & participating in our Private WhatsApp Group Chat is OPTIONAL but highly encouraged as this is where you‘ll receive updates about the community and cancellations in real time.
